At least seven GCSEs at grade 7 (A) or above
A broad general education that must include:

Manchester University Dentistry Entry Requirements: How Manchester Selects Dentistry Applicants
Manchester uses a clear, staged selection process:
Stage 1 — Academic screening. Applications are first screened against the standard academic threshold (AAA including Chemistry and Biology, plus the seven-GCSE profile, GCSE Maths at grade 6, and English Language requirement). Applications that do not meet the academic criteria do not progress and are notified as unsuccessful through UCAS.

Manchester University Dentistry Entry Requirements: Manchester University Dentistry Resit and Re-application Policy
Manchester has detailed rules for resitting applicants and re-applicants that every candidate should understand.
Resitting A-levels
Manchester welcomes applications from those resitting their A-levels, but applicants may only resit one of either Year 12 or Year 13
